The following Town Officials are presented for consideration of re-appointment for Fiscal Year 2018-19
Town Manager: Mercury T. Payton
Town Attorney: Steven D. Briglia
Town Clerk: Melanie J. Clark
Town Treasurer: Marion Serfass
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend appointments.
Finance Recommendation: N/A
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: Under Chapter 2, Article 1, Sections 2.2 et seq. the Town Council may appoint the proposed Town Charter officials in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council re-appoint the officers as presented.

"I move to re-appoint the following Town Appointed Officers for Fiscal Year 2019-20:
Mercury T. Payton, Town Manager, pursuant to a contractual agreement; and
Steven D. Briglia as Town Attorney, pursuant to a contractual agreement between the Town of Vienna and Steven D. Briglia for legal and prosecuting services; and
Melanie J. Clark as Town Clerk; and Marion Serfass as Town Treasurer."
