EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Cox Wireless Access, LLC co-locates and installs telecommunication antennas on existing utility and light poles within a locality’s right-of-way. Cox Wireless Access, LLC, pursuant to state and Town codes, are required to obtain a license for use of the right-of-way. The Town granted a similar license to Mobilitie, LLC, in 2017.
