EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Historic Vienna, Inc. (HVI) maintains and operates the Freeman Store, which offers gifts, books, toys, decorative items, candy, and Vienna & Virginia souvenirs. HVI requests that the Town approve a limited license and right to use images of Town-owned properties, art, and other items subject to a Town copyright on souvenirs for resale at the Freeman Store & Museum with all proceeds benefitting Historic Vienna, Inc.
Departmental Recommendation: The parks and recreation director recommends approval of the photography license and use permit for Historic Vienna, Inc.

Town Attorney Recommendation: Because the proposed license potentially involves use of Town intellectual property, the Town Attorney recommends Town Council review and approval.
