Title
Approval of VDOT Revenue Sharing and Transportation Alternatives Resolutions
Body
EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Public Works staff has initiated various transportation grant applications through VDOT’s FY 2021 and 2022 Revenue Sharing and Transportation Alternatives programs. All applications are for projects that have either been previously initiated and/or are listed in the Town’s Capital Improvement Plan. Applications have been pre-screened by VDOT staff to ensure project scopes and estimates are valid. In order for applications to be officially submitted, each project requires a Council resolution that supports the applications and commits local matching funds.
