EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The Department of Public Works requests approval for FY20 spending with Eastern Salt in the amount of $117,000 for de-icing salt, riding Montgomery County contract #1088536 as a de-icing salt provider.
Departmental Recommendation: Approve FY20 spending with Eastern Salt.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Town Attorney Recommendation: Town Council may approve the proposed use of the Montgomery County contract to purchase de-icing salt and approve the expenditure of funds in its discretion.
