EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
DPW requests CIP funding in the amount of $200,000 for on-call roadway maintenance with Arthur Construction, utilizing IFB 20-03.
Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Purchasing Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town has a contract with Arthur Construction, and Town Council may approve the proposed expenditure of funds in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council approve CIP funding for FY20 on-call milling and paving projects with Arthur Construction, as presented.
