EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
As part of the budgeting process, water and sewer rates are reviewed each year as components of the water and sewer enterprise fund. This request is to set a public hearing in order to provide the public with an opportunity to give input on proposed FY2020-21 rates.

Departmental Recommendation: Recommend setting a public hearing for April 13, 2020 regarding fiscal year 2020-21 water and sewer rates.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend setting a public hearing for April 13, 2020 regarding fiscal year 2020-21 water and sewer rates.
Purchasing Recommendation: N/A
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town Attorney recommends that a public hearing be set for public input on the proposed FY20-21 water and sewer rates.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council set a public hearing for April 13, 2020 regarding FY 2020-21 for proposed water and sewer rates.
