Fiscal Year 2020-21 Proposed Budget Work Session

BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
This is the first of two scheduled budget work sessions at which Council will review and discuss, by each fund and department, the Town Manager’s FY 2020-21 proposed budget. The proposed budget has been provided to Councilmembers and posted to the Town’s website. The second budget work session is set for March 16, 2020. A third budget work session, if needed, is scheduled for April 20, 2020. The departmental review schedule is attached.
OVERVIEW:
Two budget work sessions for Council’s review and discussion of the fiscal year 2020-21 proposed budget are set for March 14 and 16, 2020. A third budget work session, if needed, is planned for April 20, 2020.
