Renewal of maintenance agreement with Tyler Technologies

Explanation and Summary:
On May 12, 2014, Town Council approved a software project to convert two legacy financial systems to Tyler Munis software. Tyler system benefits include a fully integrated financial, personnel, and operations system; the combination of two financial systems and other offline operations systems; and a robust, outward-facing online system for customers. Munis is a premier financial system for mid-sized local governments such as Vienna and has more than 14,000 installations in the United States and Canada.
The original agreement included a maintenance agreement that is in force until canceled in writing. In FY 2019, the online customer service portal, which was the last module in the Town's plan, went live.
The Finance Department requests approval to renew the maintenance agreement, including training, for a total of $98,780, which covers the following:
Maintenance - $55,770
Disaster recovery - $20,130
Systems management support - $14,120
Incident management & permits - $ 2,700
PACE Training - $6060
Total $98,780
