Approve transfer of spending for 2021, utilizing IFB 20-03 for roadway maintenance, from the general fund to the capital project fund

EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Roadway maintenance funds originally were approved by Council and allocated from the general fund; however, roadway maintenance projects qualify for use of CIP funds and, to conserve funds in the general fund, the money was moved to CIP. This reallocation of funds requires Council’s approval.
To date, PO 20210144 has been issued for work on Mashie and Echols in the amount of $56,801.75 using CIP funds.
