EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Each year the Town of Vienna receives public input and adopts a legislative agenda to submit to the General Assembly. The proposed legislative agenda consists of various issues of concern to the Town that may be addressed by the Virginia General Assembly in its upcoming session.

Town Attorney Recommendation: Each year the Town holds a public hearing and adopts a legislative agenda to submit to the General Assembly. Town Council may set a public hearing to receive public input on a proposed legislative agenda in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council set a public hearing for November 2, 2020 regarding the proposed 2021 Town of Vienna Legislative agenda, as presented.
