BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
At the January 4, 2021 Town Council meeting the application and request to vacate a portion of the alley begin 131 Wilmar Pace NW was discussed. There were questions and concerns raised about the appraisal of the alley at $4 per square foot. Compared to the value of other general real estate in Town, the Council considers appraised value to be very low.
OVERVIEW:
The applicant, Anthony Pettoruto, has agreed and arranged to have the appraiser who complete the appraisal report to meet with the Council to discuss the item.

This is an informational meeting and staff has no recommendation.
