BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
Electrify America is a company that builds and manages electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. They would like do business in the Town of Vienna by installing several EV stations on public parking spaces. Electrify America is particularly interested in the public spaces the Town owns between the Vienna Shopping Center and the Sunoco service station.
SUMMARY/STAFF IMPRESSIONS: Representatives from Electrify America will be presenting to the Council to give an overview of their company and their vision for services in the Town.
RECOMMENDATION:
Town staff supports EV stations and recommends engaging in discussions with Electrify America.
