EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
This project proposes to remove and replace the existing brick crosswalks with stamped asphalt resembling brick at the intersection of Church Street, NE, and Mill Street, NE. This project also includes new ADA-compliant curb ramps at this intersection.
The Department of Public Works (DPW) requests authorization to utilize the On Call Roadway Maintenance Contract Number IFB 20-03 in the amount of $106,500 for construction including a 15% contingency.

Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval.
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.

Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town has an on-call Roadway Maintenance Contract with Arthur Construction Co. and the Town Council may approve the proposed expenditure of funds in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council approve of spending with Arthur Construction, as presented.
