EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
The Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association (VBA) are continuing the very popular Halloween Parade on Maple Avenue. Each year, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is required between the Town and Vienna Business Association to solidify the roles that each is responsible for in preparation for and execution of the parade. This year’s parade is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 23.

Departmental Recommendation: The Parks and Recreation Director recommends approval of the MOU between the Town of Vienna and Vienna Business Association.
