BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
This is the first of two scheduled budget conference sessions at which Council will review and discuss, by each fund and department, the Town Manager’s FY 2024-25 proposed budget. The proposed budget has been provided to Councilmembers and posted to the Town’s website. The second budget conference session is set for March 16, 2024. The departmental review schedule is attached.
OVERVIEW:
