BACKGROUND SUMMARY:
This is the second of two scheduled budget conference sessions at which Council will review and discuss, by each fund and department, the Town Manager’s FY 2024-25 proposed budget. The proposed budget has been provided to Councilmembers and posted to the Town’s website. The first budget conference session is set for March 11, 2024. The departmental review schedule is attached.
