Parking Study Utilization and Recommendation Reports

At its January 10, 2024, meeting, the Planning Commission requested that it receive a presentation on the parking study that the Town Council initiated in 2022. On January 24, 2024, the Commission received a presentation from the consultant Nelson Nygaard and requested additional information and changes to the draft report and recommendations.
Staff and the consultants worked to gather the information requested at the January 24th meeting and are prepared to present the added information to the Commission for additional feedback. The additional information is described in an added paragraph near the end of Attachment 1: Staff Memorandum.
Staff and the consultant will share the draft report and any Commission feedback with the Town Council, which will hold a work session on this topic on April 15, 2024.
