EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
Approval is required for classes and camps held through June 30, 2015 with payments exceeding $20,000 annually. We had to estimate the amounts for all contractors that could potentially go over $20,000 held through June 30, 2015. Each estimate will fluctuate with the increase or decrease of enrollment. Therefore, purchase orders are needed for the following Contractors:

Departmental Recommendation: Recommend approval of RFP contracts for classes and programs through June 30, 2015 in the amount of $61,760. While there are currently not enough funds in 10712-43308, additional funds will be liquidated based on enrollment by June 30, 2015 and/or overall yearly revenue will exceed the total amount spent for FY15 by 30%.
Finance Recommendation: Approximately $54,000 available funds as of 4/28/15; remaining $7760 contingent upon liquidation of other vendor encumbrances.
Purchasing Recommendation: Recommend Approval
Town Attorney Recommendation: The Town Council may approve the proposed Instructor Contractor contracts and authorize the expenditure of funds for such instructors in its discretion.
Town Manager's Recommendation: I recommend the Town Council approve an amount not to exceed $14,500 for All Kids Sports and Games, $3,760 for Nathan Greiner, $16,000 for UK Elite, $12,500 for FirstServe Tennis and $15,000 MVP Baseball through June 30, 2015 as presented.
