EXPLANATION AND SUMMARY:
To keep the Vienna Community Center renovation and expansion project on the critical path of construction, Keller Brothers and RRMM/Lukmire Architects have agreed to increase their scope of work to upgrade the elevator and install theatrical lighting, audio, and curtains in the auditorium. The $310,000 requested in expenditures will be allocated as follows:
The following proposed expenditures will be used to increase the Keller Brothers contract.
* $137,104 Upgrade the elevator
* $143,881 Install theatrical lighting, audio, and curtains
The following proposed expenditures will be used to increase RRMM Lukmire Architect's contract.
* $22,896 Design work to upgrade the elevator
* $ 6,119 Design work to install theatrical lighting, audio, and curtains
Departmental Recommendation:
I recommend approval of funding to Keller Brothers and RRMM Lukmire Architects for the Vienna Community Center renovation and expansion project as follows:
Keller Brothers - $280,985
RRMM Lukmire Architects - $29,015
Finance Recommendation: Recommend approval.

Town Attorney Recommendation: . Town Council may approve the proposed expenditure of funds in its discretion.
