Request approval of a memorandum of understanding between the Optimist Club of Greater Vienna and Town of Vienna regarding use of the Vienna Community Center parking lot for the 2020 Vienna Farmers Market
Body

In order to strike a balance for parking needs among community center users, W&OD Trail users, and the farmers market, an arrangement for signage in designated areas has been agreed upon by NOVA Parks, the Optimists, and the Town of Vienna.
